“I came for get a new Passport because my old passport about to expire. Staff very friendly and fast respon, with online registration everything easier and faster. You can fill the form before and make an appointment. If not busy you can fill there takes 15 minutes as long as your document all ready in your phone or physically. After submit your form the staff print some documents from form online application and will ask some document like your Visa Details, mail or bill or Bank statement to prove your resident address (the date within last 3 month). Wait for 5 minutes to take photo and all done. Don't forget to bring you original passport too. After the new one released the old passport is not eligible to use, but we can have both passport for transition time.”

You have the option of parking your car in the street or let staff park your vehicle in their carpark at a cost ($35 per night in 2022). Some noise from people moving about outside but nothing earplugs can’t fix. $10 car parking for peace of mind. I enjoyed my stay!”
